A louvered pergola gives you a roof you can open and close. That is the whole idea. Tilt the aluminum blades toward the sun for light and airflow. Close them when rain shows up. Your patio, deck or terrace stays usable either way.
This one runs the roof on a motor, so you adjust the blades from your chair with a remote instead of cranking a handle. Fully closed, the louvers interlock into a waterproof roof, and rainwater drains away through channels hidden inside the beams and posts. Integrated LED lighting in the beams keeps the space working after dark.
Every unit is built to your dimensions. You are not picking the closest standard size and working around it; you tell us the space you have, and the frame is made to fit it.

An Adjustable Roof, Run by Remote
A fixed pergola roof makes you pick between full sun and full shade, all day. Louvered blades give you everything in between. The 220mm aluminum louvers rotate from 0 to 120 degrees: fully open for winter sun and stargazing, half-tilted to cut the afternoon glare, fully closed for rain or full shade. Because the blades run on a motor, you will actually adjust them as the weather changes, which is the difference between a pergola you look at and one you live under.

Custom Sizes and Configurations
Two structural layouts, both freestanding, both modular. Every pergola is made to the dimensions you send us:
|
Layout |
Max size |
Best for |
|
4-post |
4m × 6m (13'1" × 19'8") |
Standard patios and garden seating |
|
6-post |
8m × 6m or 4m × 12m (26'3" × 19'8" / 13'1" × 39'4") |
Large terraces, outdoor kitchens, commercial seating |
Standard post height is 2.7m (8'10"), enough headroom for ceiling fans or heaters under the beams. Those figures are maximum spans rather than fixed options. The most requested sizes are pre-engineered, so they get the fastest quotes; anything outside them just needs a quick confirmation from our team before production. Units can be linked in series for longer runs, which is how restaurants and hotels cover wide terraces with one continuous roof.

Aluminum That Stays Good Outside
The frame is powder-coated aluminum, and that finish does more than look clean on delivery day. It won't rust, it won't need staining every second summer, and it holds its color through years of UV. Compare that with a timber pergola: wood cracks along the grain, invites termites and carpenter bees in warmer states, and slowly twists until the rafters no longer line up. Aluminum none of that. A rinse now and then, and clearing leaves out of the drainage channels, is most of the maintenance list.

Rain Runs Off Through the Posts
When the louvers close, their edges interlock and form a solid roof. Each blade carries a water channel, so rain flows from the blades into the gutter beams, then down inside the 150×150mm posts and out at the base. Nothing sheets off the edges onto the seating below, and nothing drips through the middle. This is what separates a proper aluminum louvered pergola from a shade slat roof that only looks the part.

Where It Works
Backyard patios and lawns, rooftop terraces, pool decks, outdoor kitchens. The same structure also does commercial duty: restaurant terraces, hotel courtyards, cafe seating, anywhere a business wants outdoor space that earns money in rain as well as sun.

Lights in the Beams, Not Strung Across It
The beams carry integrated LED lighting, wired into the structure rather than clipped onto it. You get even light over the whole space with nothing swinging in the wind or going yellow after a season. It turns the pergola into a place you use at night, not just a daytime shade structure.
Add Side Roller Blinds
For wind, low sun or a little privacy, optional roller blinds close in the sides and turn the pergola into a proper outdoor room. If your site gets strong wind, our windproof zip track outdoor blinds lock the fabric inside side rails so it stays taut and quiet in gusts.
